Today is day two of my Spring Break and I am sitting down in a cozy corner of the Starbucks with an iced coffee, my mini iPad and some music. The plan was to go forth and explore Fort Worth, but truth be told, I don't want to do anything today.
My plans to drive to see friends was diminished the moment I arrived to my sisters. I am so tired and the five hour drive seemed long to me this time. I love driving and traveling to different places, I guess it's my old age. ;)
Today I woke up feeling refreshed and glad to be doing nothing. I am trying not to think of work or anything else that I have to do. I am looking forward to spending more time with my sister before heading to Austin for Caleb's 6th birthday party. How time flies.
This is him waving hello to me, hours after he was born. I remember being so scared, happy and nervous to meet him for the first time. The second he looked over and waved, was the first time I knew what love and family meant. I didn't know I could love someone so much.
Our first official photo together, a day after he was born.
Life got even better after Aly, his little sister was born. She came a month early, had us a little worried, but she is an amazing two year old.
