During my super duper long lunch period (yeah right, it's only 30 min) I rushed to the gas station and grabbed a bag of pork rinds (hot barbecue) and bottles if water.
With so much stress going on in my life right now, I would love to just go through a drive thru and order whatever. Actually I have been craving pizza and hamburgers like crazy.
Today after school that craving could not be stopped! I bought three Burger King whoppers with cheese, extra veggies and no ketchup. I then went to town and gobbled them down. NOT!!
Got rid of the bread and ate the inside!
Not very photogenic, but this was oh so delicious!!
I am not about to give in to my food craving temptations! Totally not worth it.
Why? Check photo below. In just three months I have been able to lose 20 lbs and this dress looks good on me now. ;)
Breakfast: egg and sausage and Starbucks
Snack: Atkins snack bar
Lunch: 33 fl oz of water, pork rinds.
Dinner: see photos above for glorious craving fulfilled.
Water: 2 liters
