Training to the tenth power

When it comes to training, this district does not joke. It takes its policies and procedure and everything else super serious. We've had Kagan trainers come by and hold all day training sessions for us. We even had Dr. Wong training.

They have give us many books for free so we can read and learn. We even got an entire year worth of lesson plans. An entire year!! That's unheard of where I came from. Here they are all about sharing resources and think it's not right not to share. I am excited for this coming year.

The rest of the week is classroom work days and a day of training. I have to finish decorating my classroom soon!
